MOUNDRIDGE, Kansas– In light of the situation with the global coronavirus pandemic, Moundridge Communications has responded to the issue by taking steps to offer our customers, and community access to our services, while ensuring the safety of our customers and employees.


Moundridge Communications has taken the FCC Pledge to do the following:

  • Not Terminate Service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to the disruptions caused by the COVID–19 pandemic,

  • Waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic, and

  • Open it’s WiFi hotspots to any American who needs them.


In response to the FCC Pledge, Moundridge Communications is offering the following services to the Moundridge and Goessel communities. To learn more, visit our website at www.moundridgecommunications.net.

  • Two available Hot Spot locations

    • 100 Block of N. Christian, Moundridge*

    • Heritage Museum Complex, Goessel*

  • Students needing internet access can apply for our MCN Care Package.

  • Qualifying new customers will receive internet service for $20/mo. No installation fees, no contract. Forms available in the foyer of the office, or on our website.


The Moundridge Communications main office will be open, and employees are practicing social distancing in order to keep operations running. Our technician’s contact with customers will be limited, which will be reevaluated as the COVID–19 situation evolves. Additionally, we have limited customer traffic to the foyer. We ask to please make payments online, call or utilize our mail slot. If paying in cash we have envelopes in the foyer, and your account will be credited for the amount of cash paid and a receipt will be mailed to you.
