Our office is open with precautions in place. We ask that everyone utilize provided hand sanitizer upon entry for us and exit for you. If at all possible, please continue to utilize our online, pay by phone and mail slot to pay your bill.
We appreciate all you have done these last few months to help us keep you connected and keep everyone healthy.

Moundridge Communications Network will continue to troubleshoot and complete installations as long as our employees do not need to enter a location. We ask that our customers stay inside if we come to your property. We want to help as much as we possibly can, but due to the nature of our business, it is imperative that our staff stay healthy and are NOT in contact with the public if at all possible. Thank you for your understanding.

MOUNDRIDGE, Kansas– In light of the situation with the global coronavirus pandemic, Moundridge Communications has responded to the issue by taking steps to offer our customers, and community access to our services, while ensuring the safety of our customers and employees.
Moundridge Communications has taken the FCC Pledge to do the following:
Not Terminate Service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to the disruptions caused by the COVID–19 pandemic,
Waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic, and
Open it’s WiFi hotspots to any American who needs them.

Heritage Museum Complex, Goessel*
Students needing internet access can apply for our MCN Care Package.
Qualifying new customers will receive internet service for $20/mo. No installation fees, no contract. Forms available in the foyer of the office, or on our website.
The Moundridge Communications main office will be open, and employees are practicing social distancing in order to keep operations running. Our technician’s contact with customers will be limited, which will be reevaluated as the COVID–19 situation evolves. Additionally, we have limited customer traffic to the foyer. We ask to please make payments online, call or utilize our mail slot. If paying in cash we have envelopes in the foyer, and your account will be credited for the amount of cash paid and a receipt will be mailed to you.
